We’ve compiled a list of ideas for those who might want to organise a fundraiser and need a little inspiration.

Arts and Crafts Fairs

Invite artist to display their work and take a share of the sales.

A Bike Ride

Invite friends to pay to participate in an organised ride.

Games Night

Organise a bingo or poker evening and charge an admittance fee.

Birthday Party

Celebrate your birthday with a party and ask for donations to the Advocacy in lieu of presents. Even if you don’t want to have a party you can still mark your birthday on Facebook and ask for donations.



Coffee Morning

Invite friends for coffee and ask for donations.

Film Night

Create your own cinema and hold a film night for family and friends. Sell popcorn and drinks and charge an entry fee. Theme the night on your favourite type of film!

Golf Open Days 

Get a golf club to sponsor the event for you, invite club members and local businessmen for the tournament.

Jumble Sale

Clear out the attic, hold a sale and donate proceeds to the Advocacy.

Litter Picking

Have friends get sponsored to pick up litter locally.

Open Garden Day and Plant Sale

Charge admission, sell plants and tea and cake

Quizzes

Have a theme and charge a fee to play

Radio Campaign

Your local radio station may help by broadcasting appeals or adopting you/ your fundraising campaign for a Christmas appeal.

Theatre Preview

Could your local theatre or amateur dramatics society be persuaded to do a preview in aid of NA?

Instagram

Share pictures and stories on Instagram and set up a donation link.

Treasure Hunt

Create the hunt and challenge friends to win the prize; pay to play – follow with a meal.

You can even link your event to your own fundraising page and watch the tally grow as donations come in.
