We acknowledge all the caring work carried out every day by family members, friends and concerned members of each community where an NA patient lives; clinicians and researchers are hard at work to discover as much information as is necessary to maintain the life capabilities and in future, treatment to enable patients' lives to improve. 

Volunteers Welcome! The Advocacy is a charity run for the benefit of patients and families; most services are provided free of charge. Skills required are accounting reporting, social media planning and execution, scientific registry development,cataloguing of medical library on-line, website updating, translations.
